At Veronae, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. Within this period, you can initiate a return request if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returning Unopened Items

You may return an unopened product as long as the seal is intact. We will issue a full product refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@veronae.com with your order number and the return address. We will provide a printable shipping label for the return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt must also be provided.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure about the return eligibility of your item, please contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receiving your order. If you're not satisfied after using the product daily for 30 days, we will refund your purchase. This guarantee applies to one opened item per household. For multiple items, the guarantee covers one opened product, while any unopened items can be returned and refunded separately.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your preferences change and you no longer want the product.
  • The product was opened and used beyond the 30-day return period.
